Unser Ziel ist es, über Möglichkeiten gemeinschaftlicher Selbsthilfe zu informieren, Vorurteile abzubauen und junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Selbsthilfe zu begleiten.
In unseren Gruppen treffen sich junge Erwachsene, um sich offen über persönliche Themen auszutauschen, voneinander zu lernen und sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen. Wir sind überzeugt, dass der Austausch mit Menschen in ähnlichen Lebenssituationen auf besondere Weise stärkt und heilsam sein kann. Junge Erwachsene haben oft andere Fragen und Bedürfnisse als andere Altersgruppen – dafür wollen wir passende Angebote und Informationen entwickeln.
